Veronica (Vernie) Mueller passed away comfortably in Spring, Texas on April 18, 2014. She was born on December 12,1932 in Anderson, Texas, a child of Steve and Bessie Stepanski.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband Harold Mueller, and one son Harold Mueller Jr.. She is survived by her son Carl Mueller and his wife, Wenda Mueller of Kingwood, Daughter Theresa Lucher, and her husband Hearmon of Spring, Linda Wischnewsky and her husband Bruce of Waldeck, two brothers; Philip Stepanski, and wife Betty of New Waverly, Tx and Martin Stepanski of Houston, Tx, two sisters; Gertrude Pavloski and Helen Duke and husband J.W., seven grandchildren; Joseph, Joshua and Jared Lucher; Brian And Brandon Wischnewsky; Brooke and Blake Mueller, and six great-grandchildren; Kate and Karly Lucher; Addison and Greyson Lucher; and Colton and Emma Wischnewsky.
Vernie drove Aldine ISD school bus for 23 years. She loved gardening, grandkids and great-grandkids. She was a people person and loved to talk to everyone.
Visitation is scheduled from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM Monday, April 21 with the family present from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, followed by a rosary at 6:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange, TX. Her funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 22, 2014 starting at 2:30 P.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Grange, Tx. Her funeral services are under the direction of Fayette Memorial, and her final resting place will be in Waldeck Cemetery in Waldeck, TX.
Family suggests memorials can be made to the Alzheimers Association, or the charity of your choice.
