Sharon Kay Stark, age 69 of La Grange passed away on August 26, 2014.
Sharon was born on September 30, 1944 in Corpus Christi to Harold Rials and Sue Bilbo Snow. She married Jerry Stark on June 12, 1959 in Orange. She was a retired nurse and a member of the First Baptist Church of Buna. She enjoyed gardening, caring for animals, fishing and camping.
She is survived by her husband Jerry of La Grange; three sons, Edwin Stark and wife La Gena of Buna, Kevin Stark and wife Tina of La Grange and Michael Dax Stark and Troy Love of Beaumont; one daughter, Candace Stark of La Grange; one brother, Harold (Rusty) Snow and wife Pat of Mauriceville; two sisters, Jane Golemi and husband Leon of Bush, LA. and Susie Ferguson and husband Wayne of Orange; eight grandchildren, James Stark, Konnitha Pinder, Lesley Roesler, Kacey Stark, Whitney Stark, Meghan Stark , Jason Stark and Dustin Stark.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Arthur Snow.
Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday September 2, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Buna with Rev. Mike Brown officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of one’s choice.
