Robert Allen Hart, age 61, of Taylor passed away on December 13, 2012.
Robert was born on August 29, 1951 in Galveston, to Virgil Robert Hart and Esther Elizabeth Miller Hart. He was a supervisor in the construction industry and a member of the Muldoon Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Hart of Denison; one daughter Jennifer Thompson and husband John of Fort Drum, NY; one son, Jason Allen Hart and wife Jennifer of Biloxi, MS; step-daughter, Dylan Gotcher and husband Shannon of Denison; seven grandchildren, Trip Thompson, Bryce Hart, Jenna Hart, Olivia Hart, Brandi Hill, James Anderson, II and Kyle Gotcher; sister, Carolyn Richards Anderson; two brothers; Hebert Harold Hart and Arthur Darrell Hart, and friend Lavonne Downing, also survives.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday December 17, 2012, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors at this time.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Lawrence Ray Hart.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday December 18, 2012, at 10:00 AM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in La Grange.
Interment will follow in Pitman Cemetery in Muldoon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
