Oralia De La Rosa

Oralia “Lolly” De La Rosa, 68, of Plum, Texas passed away on August 22, 2021 in Austin, Texas.  Lolly was born on February 26, 1953 in Kermit, Texas to Librado Dominguez and Adela (Vallez) Dominguez.  Lolly married Mario De La Rosa on March 27, 1987 in La Grange, Texas.

Lolly a caring, loving, Christian woman that dearly loved her family and friends. She was very smart and earned several certificates in various areas. Lolly loved to sell merchandise, especially Paparazzi jewelry and Avon.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, loved animals and especially loved her two dogs, Regalo and Lola.  Lolly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend.

Lolly is survived by her husband, Mario De La Rosa; sons Antonio Dominguez and wife, Victoria of Waxahachie, Ambrosio “Jay” Diaz of Odessa; one sister, Guadalupe Dominguez of La Grange, Texas; grandson Elijah Dominguez; 10 grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law Luz Marquez and father-in-law, Lorenzo De La Rosa, I.

Due to the current COVID-19 updates, a private funeral service will be held at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange, Texas with interment to follow at La Grange City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the De La Rosa family for the unexpected loss of their loved one (967 E. Colorado, La Grange, TX 78945).
