Nicole Albina(Banks) Worthington of La Grange, passed away on November 17, 2009 at the age of 38.
Nicole was born on June 20, 1971 in La Grange, to parents Walter Ray and Bernice Ruth Lehmann Banks. She was a medical assistant.
Nicole is survived by her husband, Daniel Worthington of La Grange; her mother Bernice Tiedt and her husband, Ronnie of La Grange; her father, Walter Banks and his wife Phyllis, of Mineral Wells. She is also survived by a brother, Steven Banks, of La Grange; a stepsister, Amanda Banks, of Mineral Wells, and a stepbrother, Joshua Banks, also of Mineral Wells. Also surviving are three nieces; Brittani, Jessica and Bobbie Jo, and one nephew, Aaron, all of La Grange; seven stepchildren and thirteen step-grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, also survive.
She was preceded in death, by her grandparents.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2009, from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday November 21, 2009, at First United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Mel Hazelwood, officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, near La Grange.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
