Leara Leona Henneke, age 70, passed away on January 11, 2009 at Monument Hill Nursing Center in La Grange, Texas. She was born March 25, 1938 to parents Leon Heintschel and Leona (Braun) Heintschel of Fayetteville.
She enjoyed playing dominoes and putting puzzles together.
Leara Leona Henneke is survived by three sisters, Artie Lee Schultz of La Grange, Gladys Svec and her husband Theo of La Grange and Ruth Ann Seifert and her husband A. F. of La Grange; three brothers, Lambert Heintschel and his wife Angela of La Grange, Leon Heintschel Jr. and his wife Joan of Fayetteville and Milton Heintschel and his wife Ann of Fayetteville; sister-in-law, Virginia Polasek of La Grange; brother-in-law, George Henneke of Fayetteville and a large number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert Lee Henneke.
Memorials may be made to the Fayetteville Brethren Church Building Fund.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Brethren Church in Fayetteville. Reverend Milton Maly will officiate.
