Lanum Norsworthy

Lanum Norsworthy was born to Nathan and Brandy Norsworthy on September 22, 1998 in Brenham, Texas. Lanum attended La Grange High School and later moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where he worked as a first mate on the Dolphin Express for Dolphin Docks.

Lanum lived his life with so much love in his heart. He never met a stranger and he loved talking and sharing stories with everyone. One thing Lanum loved more than anything was his family. Lanum loved fishing and wanted to be a fisherman since he was born, and a fisherman he was. Not only did Lanum love his family and fishing, he loved everyone and everyone loved him. Lanum was kind, caring and adventurous and lived life with passion.

Lanum passed away on September 18, 2020. He is survived by his parents Nathan and Brandy Norsworthy, one sister Paige Norsworthy and Jonathan Base, one brother Timothy Norsworthy, grandmothers Mary Norsworthy and Donna Peters Davis along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Lanum is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Cowboy Norsworthy and Robert Peters.

Pallbearers include special friends and family; Ty Toddy, Nate Schielack, Cody McNanny, Eduardo Ibarra, Clayton Kirk and Andrew Norsworthy.

A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 2PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to CCA (Coastal Conservation Association Texas 6919 Portwest Drive Dr #100, Houston, Texas 77024).
