Hiram Irwin Walker Jr. age 61 of La Grange, TX has departed this earthly life on February 24th, 2017. He passed away unexpectedly of natural causes. Hiram was born on March 11th, 1955 in Houston, TX. He was a graduate of Lamar High School. Hiram was united in marriage with Grace Walther on May 29th, 1976 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Warda, TX. He is survived by his wife, Grace of La Grange, one son, Max Irwin Walker of Lubbock, TX and his wife Lisa. In addition, two daughters, Barbara Marston Walker of Boulder, CO and her Fiance, Robert Sukiennicki and Martha Helen Walker of La Grange and her fiance, Douglas McMillan. Hiram is survived by a grandson, Colin Stearns Seibert and Colin's father Edward Seibert. The children that perceived Hiram to be a strong father figure in their lives are Paul Lowery of Junction, TX, Kara McCarty of Austin, TX, Steven and Erin Solis of Victoria TX, and Nicole Sommerman-Borne of San Marcos, TX, and Sarah Sommerman-Borne of San Marcos, TX. Hiram is survived by three Sisters, Linda Miles of Austin, TX, Lucy Walker of Houston, TX, and Mollie Walker of Adonis, FL. In addition, numerous nieces, nephews and family friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram Walker Sr. and Beverly Brewster Walker and Grace's parents, Alvin A. Walther and Alma Mertink Walther.
