Hilda Schmidt, age 95, passed away April 12, 2010 at Navasota Nursing and Rehab in Navasota, Texas.
She was born on November 6, 1914, in Yoakum Texas. She worked as a care giver at a Nursing Home.
She is survived by sons, Jackie Schmidt and wife Joyce of Victoria, Glen Loden of Hallettsville,and Ricky Schmidt of Brenham,and one daughter Vickie Kolbasinski and husband Frankie of Brenham. She also had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by husband Edwin Schmidt, her mother and father, sisters and brothers,and sons, Joe Bill Loden and Wayne Lee Schmidt.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 13, 2010, from 8:30 AM until 8:00PM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at 10:00 AM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home chapel in La Grange. Burial will follow at Fayetteville City Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice Southern Care.
