Helen Louise Wostarek, age 77, of La Grange, passed away on September 15, 2013 in Schulenburg.
She was born on April 30, 1936, in Brenham to Elo J. Willmann and Helen Fellman Willmann. She married Erwin Wostarek on July 27, 1955 in Columbus. She was a homemaker, a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn and the Share Croppers Antique Tractor Club. Helen enjoyed sewing, crafts and traveling.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Veronica Muehr and husband Gary of Weimar; two sons, Christopher Wostarek and wife La Verne of Moulton and Patrick Wostarek of La Grange; granddaughters, Sara Muehr and Jessica Muehr and fiancé Brian Henry, both of Weimar and Ashley Wostarek of Arlington; grandson, John Wostarek of Huntsville; great-granddaughter, Makayla Williams of Weimar; great-grandson, Bryson Henry of Weimar; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Monica Muehr.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday September 17, 2013, from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday September 18, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn.
Interment will follow in the La Grange City Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn or the charity of one’s choice.
