A visitation for Frank Noe is scheduled for Sunday, February 19th from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. Funeral services are scheduled at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 20th also at Fayette Memorial with interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery in Plum.
Frank Wilford Noe, III, 73, passed away on February 14, 2023 in Austin, Texas. He was born September 9, 1949 in Houston, the son of Frank Wilford Noe, Jr. and Mary Clementine (Davidson) Noe. He married his wife, Cindy of 50 years on July 26, 1969 and they later had two daughters, Kim and Michelle. Frank and Cindy moved back to her hometown of La Grange in 1985 where they raised their family.
Frank was the owner of Sears Hometown Store in La Grange for almost 20 years. He loved to sing and often looked forward to singing karaoke. He was a jokester and was always teasing. He was the self-proclaimed, Number 1 A**hole or otherwise known as the "Perfect A**hole". Frank was a wonderful husband, father and papa and he will be missed dearly by family and friends.
Frank is survived by his daughters Kim Scott and her husband Wesley and Michelle Caughman and her husband Shawn, all of La Grange; brothers, Michael Noe and David Noe; sisters, Carol Ann Deweese and Wendy (Ray)Trevino; grandchildren, Katy Williams and husband Isaac, Wesley Scott, Jr., Nathan Scott, Tyler Caughman, and Dalton Caughman; great grandchildren, Julius Williams, Jade Elaine Williams, and Jonah Williams; mother-in-law, Junell Ladewig; sisters-in-law, Nanette Wherry, Wendy (Rex) Giberson; brothers-in-law, Brian (Judy) Ladewig; and cousin, Richard "Dickie" and Cheryl Noe, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Noe; parents, Frank Wilford Noe, Jr. and Mary Clem Noe; brother, John Noe; father-in-law, Melvin Ladewig; brother-in-law, Mike Wherry; and sisters-in-law, Suzanne Noe and Sandy Ladewig.
