Ervin Biehle of La Grange passed away on May 12, 2014, at the age of 87.
Ervin was born on January 10, 1927 at Warda to Carl Biehle and Martha Fick Biehle. He was a retired farmer and maintenance man. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II.
He married Lorine Reinhardt on November 20, 1949 in Winchester.
He is survived by his wife Lorine of La Grange; one son, Martin Biehle and wife Debbie of Bellville and one daughter, Jo Ann Synnott and fiancé Brian Prause of La Grange; four sisters, Alma Killian of Smithville, Esther Synatschk and husband Freddie of Bryan, Doris Reagan of Austin and Margaret Wachsmann of Georgetown; four grandchildren, David Biehle and wife Cathey, Allen Biehle and wife Christy, Keith Synnott and Amanda Synnott Roy and husband Jason; five great-grandchildren, Eric, Emily, Lauren, Garrett and Blake Biehle; one step-great-grandson, Leighton Nagelmueller; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lehmann and Gertrude Hobratschk and one brother-in-law, Monroe Reinhardt and wife Betty.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son-in-law, Milton Synnott.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday May 13, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors at this time.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday May 14, 2014 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Warda.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Warda.
