Eric Lane Boultinghouse, 67, of Round Top, passed from this life Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Brenham Nursing & Rehab Center.
Eric was born November 19, 1948 in Uvalde, Texas to Elton Boultinghouse and Betty Sue Bounds Boultinghouse. He graduated from Utopia High School and Texas A& M. Eric married Jeanette Buro on January 15, 1972 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Brenham. He was a farmer/rancher.
Eric was a member of the Utopia Baptist Church and the Utopia Lions Club. He loved fishing and refinishing furniture.
Eric is survived by his wife, Jeanette Boultinghouse of Round Top, 1 brother, Neil Boultinghouse, and his wife Peggy. 2 sisters, Lynn D’Spain and her husband, Mark, and Chris Bradley, and her husband, Ron. One brother-in-law, Charles Buro, and his wife Patsy. One sister-in-law, Peggy Marburger, and her husband, Charles, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with a prayer service to follow.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Florida Chapel Cemetery near Round Top.
