Edward Frank Janda age 67 of La Grange passed away on February 27, 2017 in La Grange.
Edward was born on June 1, 1949 in La Grange to Alois Richard Janda and Edith Bernadette Janacek Janda. He was retired from the City of La Grange. He served his country in the Texas National Guard.
He is survived by three brothers; Joe and Mildred Janda of El Campo, Al and Barbara Janda of Missouri City and Patrick and Patsy Janda of La Grange; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters; Margaret Janda and Bernadette Janda.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday March 2, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday March 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn. Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM before the funeral service.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
