Donny Lee SoRelle, age 69, of Round Top, passed away on January 9, 2013 in Austin.
Donny was born on October 4, 1943 in Houston, to David Lewis SoRelle and Frances E. Goebel SoRelle. He married Norma Haverstick on December 28, 1985 in Spring. Donny was a master carpenter by trade, head cabinet maker for Dollar Homes. and a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his wife Norma of Round Top; three sons, Eric L. SoRelle and wife Sheryl of Houston, Darrell Gene Lairmore and wife Celerina of Hillsboro, MO. and Charles Brett Buckman and wife Amanda of Rolla MO.; one daughter, Jannell Marie Lairmore of Round Top; grandchildren, Ky Joseph SoRelle and wife Kelly of Seattle, WA., Leesa Johanna SoRelle of Houston, Meric Josiah SoRelle of Houston, Derek Gene Lairmore of Hillsboro, MO. and Charles Trefor Buckman of Rolla, MO.; uncle, Walter SoRelle of Round Top and a brother-in-law, Jimmy Kluge of Cypress.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Lewis SoRelle, Jr. and first wife Donna SoRelle.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday January 14, 2013, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. The family will receive visitors at this time.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday January 15, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Lee County Area Cancer Research Center.
