She is survived by her son, David Kenneth Fulkerson, Jr. (Jackie) of Houston; brother Bradley Labyer (Heather); brother-in-law, John Pechacek; grandchildren, Hector Noguera (Clarisse), Marisela Morales (Carlos); great grandchildren, Calliope Morales, Clio Morales and Noe Noguera; nieces and nephew, Hailee Labyer, Taylor Mae Labyer, Gunnar Sterling Labyer, Sherry, Becky, Duane, Sarah, Larry, Jr., Kim along with other nieces and nephews.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Neldean Labyer; sister, Verda Susan Rice; brothers, Ralph “Ginpole” Labyer, Jr. and James Labyer.
