Billy Joel Polasek

Billy Joel Polasek, 42 of La Grange, passed away on April 5, 2025 in Midway, Texas. Private services to honor his life will be held a later date.

Billy was born on December 6, 1982 in Austin to Carol Polasek and Brian Carnahan. He worked as a CCO certified crane operator most of his life, but his last job was landscaping for A-Z Construction. He was a very talented tattoo artist, guitarist and he could build anything. Billy loved his family and he would often tell his girls, “Keep your head on a swivel and your eyes on the Lord”. Billy will be missed by his family and friends.

Billy is survived by his mother, Carol Polasek of La Grange; brother, Cody Polasek; children, Desirea Polasek, Emma Polasek, and Charlie Polasek; stepson, Anthony Anderson; Stepsisters, Brittany and Shealbe Carnahan of Georgia; grandmother, Virginia Polasek along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Brian Carnahan; sister, Amber Polasek; grandfather, Leroy Polasek; uncle, Danny Polasek, Sr.; and cousin, Tammy Lynn Helmken.
