Beatrice Olivia (Janacek) Novak passed away on August 21, 2010 at Monument Hill Nursing Center in La Grange.
Beatrice Novak was born on January 4, 1933 the daughter of Frank and Mary (Rainosek) Janacek in Hostyn, Texas. She married Charlie Novak on September 12, 1959.
Beatrice was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, The Altar Society and the KJZT.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years Charlie Novak, one son Mark Novak and wife Sharon, one daughter Cynthia Novak, and one grandson Zachary Novak, all of La Grange.Sisters-in-law Dorothy (Willie) Janacek of Schulenburg, Dorothy (Edward) Janacek of La Grange, Alice Stepanek of Warrenton, Ann Moore of Baltimore, Maryland, and Josephine Vyvjala of Austin, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Janacek, five brothers, Wesley, Herman, Willie, Edward, and Jerry. Three sisters, Annie Janacek, Leona Muras,and Edith Janda. Brothers-in-law Jim Muras, Alois Janda, Garnet Moore, Alfred Vyvjala, and Gus Novak. Sisters-in-law Angeline Janacek and Florence Janacek.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday August 23, 2010 from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM at the Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday August 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Grange. Interment will follow at the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Hostyn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, CDA Court Annunciation Scholarship Fund or the charity of your choice.
