Amber Marie Polasek, age 22, of La Grange, passed away on the morning of August 27, 2011 in Ledbetter, Texas.
Amber was born on February 17, 1989 to Carol Polasek and Nathan Holliday in Travis County, Texas.
Amber enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing as well.
She is survived by her parents, Carol Polasek and Nathan Holliday and wife Paula; grandparents, Cleighton and Bonnie Holliday of Inez, Texas, grandmother, Virginia Polasek; brothers, Billy Polasek, twin brother Cody Polasek, Tyler Kirby, Garrett Holliday, Shawn Garza, Nick Holliday, and sister, Megan Garza; Aunt and Uncle Densell and Kimberly Holliday, as well as two nieces and three nephews.
Amber is preceded in death by her grandfather, Leroy Polasek; an uncle, Danny Polasek, and a cousin, Tammy Lynn Helmken.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church at 1215 Von Minden St. in La Grange from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday August 31, 2011 at the United Methodist Church 1215 Von Minden St. in La Grange, Texas
Interment will follow at the Rutersville cemetery in Rutersville Texas.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Sheriff' Posse at P.O. Box 1113 La Grange, Texas 78945.
